Staff Met For First Time in Two Years

Yesterday staff gathered for a team meeting at Harmony Close, the first face to face meeting for two years!

It was lovely for so many of us to be together and to meet new staff members and catch up with colleagues.

Senior Managers reported on various aspects of the business and as we are now well and truly out of lockdown, which curtailed previous business plans, there was discussion about some of our plans for the next 18 months.

Topics ranged from IT upgrades, staff training, sustainability, the revised planned maintenance and investment programme, our soon to be launched Service standards and lots more.
