Celebrating 60 years of jLiving in style!

What better way to celebrate jLiving’s 60th anniversary than with a day out, good company and a beautiful stately home and gardens to explore?

A group of tenants from South Lodge in Streatham joined tenants from Young Court in Willesden for a memorable trip to the magnificent Waddesdon Manor in Buckinghamshire.

The group boarded the coach in Willesden and set off for a day of exploring and sightseeing along the way. And what a destination awaited them!

Set within a spectacular 6,000-acre estate, Waddesdon Manor is a breathtaking French Renaissance-style château, surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and home to an impressive collection of art and treasures. There was plenty to see, from the stunning interiors and gardens to the colourful aviary.

After exploring the estate, everyone had the chance to sit back, relax and enjoy a delicious lunch – the perfect opportunity to share stories, have a laugh and enjoy the company of fellow jLiving tenants.

The day was a wonderful celebration, creating wonderful memories.

A huge thank you to Housing Managers Maria and Joe for organising such a fantastic day and for accompanying our tenants. Their hard work and enthusiasm helped make the trip such a success.
