Getting to know… Gabriela

We thought it would be fun to find out more about our staff.

Today we are getting to know Gabriela, one of the Housing Managers at Harmony Close, Meta Worms Court and The Hostel:

Trashy TV drama, reality show or serious documentary? 

It depends on my mindset; I always enjoy a bit of drama but can get drawn into serious documentaries as well.

Local pub or posh restaurant?

I feel more relaxed in a local pub in the company of good friends.

Watch sport or play sport?

I like to train in the gym when I have the time, I am not really the type of person to sit down and watch sport.

Caribbean or Cornwall?

If I had a choice, I would definitely like to enjoy a tasty Pina Colada in the Caribbean.

Campsite, camper van or all-inclusive 5* resorts?

I would not mind the adventures of a camper van holiday. Travelling around the country with good company can be more interesting than staying in a 5* hotel.

What’s your signature dish?

I love cooking my home country food for my friends and family. I would say that my signature dish is Gulas and dumplings.

How many unread emails in your inbox?

None.

Wine or water?

I drink more water than wine!

Classic car or supercar?

I do not drive, but if I did I would probably choose a stylish classic car.

I couldn’t get through the weekend without….

going out to meet my friends, walk and cooking.
