As staff returned to the office after lockdown, we wanted to refresh our Service Standards – policies which help our team create and run a great service.
The new Service Standards cover everything from Contacting us by email or phone, Repairs and Maintenance, Rents and Service Charges, Anti-Social Behaviour, Complaints, and lots more. In return we ask for respect and courtesy for all staff, contractors and other representatives along with structive feedback, asking for help if you are unsure about anything and making sure your contact details are up-to-date.
