Talented creative tenants at Young Court have turned their hands to painting glass with some smashing results! 
Being creative is beneficial to everyone and the tenants who attend a fortnightly art club create beautiful pieces to display too.
Creativity can reduce stress and improve mental health. It can also reduce feelings of anxiety and depression, and can help us express or manage our emotions in a positive and productive way.
