Tenants Welcome Visit from Joe!
Joe visited Ellis Franklin Court last week.
Tenants really enjoyed meeting Joe Carlebach (second from left) one of our Housing Ops Subcommittee members and sitting down and having a chat and a cup of tea with him.
Here he can be seen with Housing Manager Tochi (third from left) and tenants in the communal lounge.
