Gary joined jLiving as a plumber in April 2023.

Jamie joined jLiving in February 2022 bringing with him a wealth of experience.

He has over ten years’ experience in the electrical trade and previously worked on facilities contracts covering both the domestic and commercial sides of the trade. His duties at jLiving include carrying out EICR’s and reactive repairs.

Kevin joined the Association in May 2025 as a Maintenance Technician.

Compliance Officer and Executive Assistant to the Director of Property (Monday and Tuesday).

Martin was a Maintenance Technician and was promoted to Senior Maintenance Technician in November 2024.

Neil joined jLiving in June 2023 as an electrician having previously worked for us as a contractor.

Sean joined jLiving in June 2023 as a plumber, following a year working for jLiving as a contractor.

Sinead joined jLiving in April 2023 as Head of Property and became Director of Property in July 2023.

Tennicia joined jLiving as Housing and Property Services Officer in August 2023 and was promoted to Repairs and Asset Management Officer in November 2024.

Winston joined the Association as a maintenance Technician in 2006 and has over 30 years of experience, in all aspects of general building maintenance. His duties involve decorating, general repairs, kitchen fitting, basic plumbing, PAT testing, plastering and problem solving. Winston was promoted to Repairs Manager in October 2023 and Head of Repairs and Asset Management in November 2024.

As a team member, his priorities are to help deliver a good repairs service and ultimately, safe and comfortable homes that people are happy to live in.
