Jamie joined jLiving in February 2022 bringing with him a wealth of experience.
He has over ten years’ experience in the electrical trade and previously worked on facilities contracts covering both the domestic and commercial sides of the trade. His duties at jLiving include carrying out EICR’s and reactive repairs.
Joining us in July 2021 as Repairs Coordinator Patrick brings with him over 20 years of experience in the Customer Service / Property Services industry.
His main responsibilities are to look after repairs and maintenance issues for our Schemes and liaising with contractors and the Maintenance Technicians, ensuring that all repairs have been attended to according to our policies and procedures and within the correct timeframe.
Winston joined the Association as a maintenance Technician in 2006 and has over 30 years of experience, in all aspects of general building maintenance. His duties involve decorating, general repairs, kitchen fitting, basic plumbing, PAT testing, plastering and problem solving. Winston was promoted to Repairs Manager in October 2023.
As a team member, his priorities are to help deliver a good repairs service and ultimately, safe and comfortable homes that people are happy to live in.
