After over 25 years in the industry Angela has extensive experience housing ranging from working for both Local Authorities and Housing Associations. She started on the front line as a housing officer becoming a Senior Manager at various Housing Associations. She joined jLiving in November 2020 and is responsible for the Housing Operations team for all Schemes. She is the designated Complaints Officer for the company and is the lead for the Housing Operations Subcommittee that meets quarterly to discuss service improvements, performance and customer feedback for the Housing Operations team.
Donna joined jLiving in 2018, she is a qualified Building Surveyor who has 26 years, with the last 20 years focusing on social housing. She is responsible for the delivery of compliance, repairs, maintenance, major works and facilities throughout the property portfolio.
Donna works closely with her team to ensure our tenants receive the best possible service from our in-house team, contractors and consultants. Donna is the executive lead for the Property Subcommittee and is currently responsible for eight members of staff including our in-house Maintenance Team.
Frances has a wealth of experience having worked in a range of sectors. She joined the Association 25 years ago and oversees Finance, Payroll and IT.
Frances leads an established team of three focused on providing a smooth running and efficient finance operation. She is also the executive lead in supporting the Associations Finance and Audit Subcommittee, as well as the JBG Housing Trust (a separate charity) supporting the services provided by jLiving.
