Lori joined jLiving in 2015 and was promoted to Head of Housing in December 2022.

Sinead joined jLiving in April 2023 as Head of Property and became Director of Property in July 2023.

Tajul has a wealth of experience having worked in a range of sectors. He joined the Association in 2022 overseeing Finance, Payroll and IT and became Deputy Chief Executive in July 2023.

Tajul leads an established team of three, focused on providing a smooth running and efficient finance operation. He is also the executive lead in supporting the Associations Property and Finance & Audit Subcommittee, as well as the JBG Housing Trust (a separate charity) supporting the services provided by jLiving.

Winston joined the Association as a maintenance Technician in 2006 and has over 30 years of experience, in all aspects of general building maintenance. His duties involve decorating, general repairs, kitchen fitting, basic plumbing, PAT testing, plastering and problem solving. Winston was promoted to Repairs Manager in October 2023 and Head of Repairs and Asset Management in November 2024.

As a team member, his priorities are to help deliver a good repairs service and ultimately, safe and comfortable homes that people are happy to live in.
